Pre-order items are to be shipped out in 2 weeks. If you order products that are ready to ship items we will ship within 2 business days (excluding holidays) If you order both RTS and PO we will hold the shipment until the preorder item is ready for shipment.

Returns/ exchanges are available within 7 days. All tags original tags must be intact, the item must be unworn and unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. If you choose to do an exchange or return and the item does not meet those requirements, it will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible to pay the return fees.
