What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods -
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

When will my order arrive?

All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, Canpar, and Purolator. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for orders to be processed and for the payment to be verified. Depending on the delivery option you have selected at checkout please allow up to 3-10 business days for your package to be delivered.

For those who qualify for free domestic shipping on orders over $150 CAD we will select the cheapest and fastest option for delivery through our third party shipping company.

All U.S and International orders please allow up to 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and for the payment to be verified. Your shipment can take up to 14-21 business days to arrive depending on the country and shipping option that was selected at check out.

If tracking status your package was delivered UNCOMMON CLO is not liable for lost/stolen claims.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed yet, please contact us here. When contacting us, provide your order number and any additional relevant information. We will do our best to modify or cancel your order.

Please note that pre-order items are not available for cancellation and must be submitted for return or exchange.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or size?

Mistakes happen, not often but they do happen! If you were shipped the wrong item or size, please contact us here

PRODUCTS

What size should I order?

The typical fit of our products are true to size with an oversized fit. We recommend that you stick to your true to size, size or size up if you have a long torso.

Other suggests would be to check the sizing chart, guide yourself based on the model's height and size they are wearing, and checking the Fit description under each product tab.

Where are your products made?

All our products from raw materials to designs, samples and production are designed, developed and manufactured at our facility in Toronto, Canada.

How do I take care for my product?

To ensure the longevity of your garments, we recommend you follow the washing instructions on the label.

Please note 3% skrinage is standard on all garments. To avoid shrinkage please wash the garments in warm water and hang dry. Once the item is slightly damp throw it in your dryer for 5-8 minutes to fluff.

For stains we recommend using All Natural Puracy Stain remover, sold on Amazon.

Product I want is out of stock, will you restock?

If the product you are looking for is out of stock, please click notify me when back in stock.

Although we can't promise we will restock the item you wish to purchase, signing up to notify me when the item restocks allows our team to see which products and colours are of most interest. This will help us when planning our next drops and restocks.

Do you offer exchanges/returns for manufacturing defects?

The short answer is yes.

Since we manufacture all the products in our facility here in Ontario, Canada each item goes through a hefty quality control process. Although we usually catch any issues in our QC process before the item is packaged and sent out we are humans.

In the case that you receive an item that is faulty, we do offer exchanges/returns. For the item to be accepted and returned/exchanged as an manufacturer defect the item must be unworn, unwashed and reported immediately.

SHIPPING

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most international countries. Per local laws, all import taxes, duties and VAT are of the responsibility of the customer.

Please note delays at customs are out of our control and may delay delivery timelines.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on all domestic orders that are over $200 CAD. Flat Rate domestic shipping $10 CAD.

All other rates are dependent of the country and shipping timelines selected at checkout.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped you will recieve an email with your courier and tracking details.

Please allow 24 hours for updated timelines from your courrier.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been shipped there is nothing we can do.

UNCOMMON CLO will not be responsible for any delivery errors caused by the customer entering the incorrect information.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

How long do I have to request and exchange or return?

You have 7 days after delivery to submit a request for an exchange/return. Please contact us here to do so.

Please note the item/s must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and unscented with the original tags on. UNCOMMON CLO has the right to refuse any and all returns/exchanges if the criteria and conditions are is not met.

What is the criteria for refunds/exchanges?

For products to be accepted for a refund/exchange. All products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and unscented with the original tags intact.

If the item/s are approved each item is subjected to a $10 CAD processing and restocking fee. If possible please try to return the package in it original packaging.

Return/exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

All sales are final on products discount 30% or more.

How long does it take to process a refund?

It will take up to 14 business days to issue you a refund. Please note depending on the banking institution you are with, transit times may vary.
